Breaking Silence is a 4-day, 32-hour training during which interpreters gain the skills necessary to work directly with crime victims. Applicants who successfully complete the training will be given the opportunity to sign a contract to begin accepting paid assignments as independent contractors for Ayuda’s Victim Services Interpreter Bank.
